Peaches and Cream Smoothie
July 20, 2016
This peaches and cream smoothie tastes more like a milkshake than a smoothie and is bursting with nutrient-dense ingredients. Get blending before stone fruit season slips away.

Peaches and cream smoothies made with fresh peaches, Greek yogurt, and milk.
It’s been awhile since my post, but I am so glad to be back on the blog. This little sliver of the internet is my pride and joy, and I truly miss it when the speed of life forces a hiatus.
The last couple of weeks have been filled with fun, friends, plenty of work, and a move! Our air mattress in the living room has been occupied by a rotation of friends and family enjoying summer travel. Our wine glasses have made their way through the dishwasher more times than ever before; and I’ve lost count of the number of cheese boards we’ve consumed at home. Life has been hectic in the most wonderful way.
Yesterday morning I made a smoothie for the first time in a while. Usually I’m hurricaning through the apartment with a piece of avocado toast in my mouth, but yesterday morning I enough time to whip up something in the Vitamix post-run.
Peachy Keen
I am loving all the summer fruit available at the moment. Every time I step into the produce section of the supermarket I want it all. Subsequently, we’ve ended up with a Carmen Miranda fruit bowl, overflowing with nature’s bounty.
This recipe used up some of the white peaches I had lying around. It tastes more like a milkshake than a smoothie and is packed with nutrients like fiber, calcium, and vitamin C. It’s also rich in protein and carbs, making it ideal for post-workout refueling. And if it’s probiotics you’re after, well there are those too! Happy blending!
