Ingredients

  • 4 pitted dates
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Cinnamon, sprinkle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Add the bananas to the blender.
  2. Remove the pit from the peaches, and cut the peaches into chunks. Add the peaches to the bananas.
  3. Toss the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend on high until you have a silky-smooth smoothie. Bon appetit!
