Made with a combination of peanut butter, freeze-dried strawberries, old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, and whole milk, this delightful PB&J overnight oat recipe will keep you fueled for hours.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1.5 cups whole milk or full-fat alternative milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 12 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with peanut butter to serve.
