- 1 cup old-fashioned oats (gluten-free if necessary)
- 1.5 cups whole milk or full-fat alternative milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1–2 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with peanut butter to serve.
