WELCOME!
Thank you for visiting my site. I am San Francisco-based Registered Dietitian, foodie, and fitness junkie on a mission to help others lead healthy and happy lives.
Career talk…
I’ve helped everything from itty bitty startups to Fortune 500 companies create and market wellness products. I love helping people make sense of the messy world of nutrition science and creating beautiful brand experiences. Fun fact: I’m also an experienced nutrition counselor. You can learn more about my background here.
The blog…
I focus on science-driven wellness strategies for busy people on the blog. I’m all about easy upgrades to help you be the best version of yourself. As a Registered Dietitian, I have extensive clinical training in weight management, diabetes, IBD/IBS, allergies, and sports nutrition (among other things).
Outside the office…
Outside the office, I can be found in the kitchen testing new recipes, running, and exploring the Bay Area’s beautiful natural landscape. I love the sun (vitamin D) and am a proud native of Sydney, Australia. As of 2023, I’m also a twin mama. (Learn more about my work in baby nutrition here).
